Seaview Wine Tasting - Cinque Terre Wine School

Our Wine School is nestled above the Ligurian Sea in Monterosso, we provide an intimate and educational tasting experience led by one of the town’s oldest families. Sessions begin daily at 12:30 PM and include:

• A warm family welcome we provide an introduction to the region’s unique rugged terroir, traditional winemaking methods passed down through generations, and the history of Cinque Terre wines.
• A curated tasting flight featuring two local Cinque Terre white wines, a delicate Cinque Terre wine, regional red, and the renowned sweet Sciacchetrà, all thoughtfully paired with freshly prepared Ligurian speciality dishes which pair perfectly with the wines served—think focaccia, anchovies, fried cod fritters, polenta fries, and seasonal specialties—prepared daily using organic or locally sourced ingredients.
• Insightful food‑pairing guidance, exploring how each dish enhances the wine, presented in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere.
• A relaxed Q&A wrap‑up, with optional time afterward to linger, enjoy panoramic sea views, or wander around the picturesque village of Monterosso al Mare. 

Held on our stunning sea-view terrace overlooking the sea, this 2 to 2½‑hour experience, café or grappa at the end. It's ideal for couples, small groups, or special occasions—an authentic taste of Ligurian culture, cuisine, and hospitality.
