You’ll master the traditional techniques of making pesto and Gnocchi using the freshest local ingredients, including fragrant basil, pine nuts, locally grown organic potatoes, and extra virgin olive oil. Our expert chefs will guide you through the process, ensuring you create a pesto that bursts with flavor.
To make your experience even more special, each participant will receive a complimentary Cinque Terre Cooking School apron and bag. We look forward to welcoming you to this hands-on journey into the heart of Ligurian cuisine!
After creating fresh pesto and hand-made gnocchi, your experience continues with one of the most loved traditions of the Italian Riviera, making Limoncino.
Guided by our chef, you’ll all work together to prepare Limoncino from scratch, learning each step of the process using fresh organic local lemons. As your batch begins its slow infusion (a process that takes time), you’ll be served a perfectly aged, ready-to-drink Limoncino to taste.
Next, you’ll mix a refreshing Lemon Spritz! a bright, zesty aperitivo that captures the essence of the coast.
Then, settle onto our stunning sea-view terrace, sip your spritz, and enjoy the lunch you’ve created: pillowy gnocchi with vibrant pesto, followed by a delicious Ligurian dessert. A relaxed, sun-soaked moment of true Italian living
